Book your stand now and secure your spot at the upcoming BOAT & FUN BERLIN. The online exhibitor portal guides you step by step through the registration process. For the first time you are given the opportunity to have a central location of all stand registration documents by creating an user account. On the platform you can:

• Book stand space online
• Order system stand construction
• Register co-exhibitors directly, invite them by e-mail or add them later
• Specify placement preferences
• Cache booking status and submit at a later date
• Manage your stand booking and approve your placement

Log in to the Advertising Shop now! There you will find your Content Manager at the top right, which you can use to access your exhibitor profile and edit your data.

Enter your e-mail address and your customer number to generate a new password.

Traffic Guide / Visifair (loading zone booking)

Loading zones must be booked in advance to ensure the smooth construction of your exhibition stand. This is to avoid bottlenecks and to ensure an efficient process during set-up.

Loading zones can be booked via the following link: https://visifair-bookings.messe-berlin.de/with the event code: 3sBmW

A container will be available in car park P17/P18, where you can also book a loading zone. We would like to point out that payment on site is only possible by credit card.
